Taking the FCLE Outside of Tallahassee?
To take the FCLE at an off-campus proctoring facility in Florida or remotely online, complete the FCLE Video Recording Consent form in RegisterBlast. Next, identify your proctor (see our proctor map to find an approved proctor site). After completing the consent form and selecting your proctor, email us at testing@fsu.edu with the name of your proctor so we can send the facility your test ticket. Then, contact your selected proctor to schedule your appointment and pay fees.
Scoring
Testers are required to score at least 60% (48/80) to pass the FCLE. A pass or fail notification is listed on screen after exam submission. FSU students can request scores at testing@fsu.edu. Non-FSU testers must request scores from their home institution. For students who pass, the civic literacy requirement will be recorded as satisfied in Stellic approximately two weeks after the exam date.
